Are you insured and bonded to perform cleaning services?
Yes, we are a fully insured and bonded janitorial commercial cleaning company. Your home and our team members are included in the coverage as well. We will provide a copy of our certificate upon request.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?
A1 Cleaning Technologies believes everyone should have options available to them at every level. Upon request, we can use your cleaning supplies, or we offer environmentally friendly products, as well as our traditional products.
What if I would like something cleaned that is not part of your service?
We offer a wide variety of additional cleaning service options and special projects that can be tailored to your exact needs. Contact us for more information and pricing about your specific needs.
Are your cleaning teams trained and supervised?
Team members are professionally trained BEFORE being permitted into your facility--no onsite training! Each team includes a team lead to ensure cleaning tasks are being correctly completed. Area managers make periodic visits to sites to ensure we're meeting our cleaning expectations and service commitments. A manager oversees quality assurance and training.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Absolutely not. We want you to have us back time and again because you enjoy the experience we provide in addition to our exceptional cleaning service, not because we trapped you in an expensive contract.
What are your rates from cleaning services?
Fees are based on the condition and size of the area(s) to be cleaned. It is best to contact us to receive a free estimate! We will walk you through our cleaning processes and provide you with a price that has been created to fit your specific needs.
How many people will be providing my service?
Our commercial janitorial cleaning program is based on your needs and the area(s) you would like serviced. When we come out to quote your business, A1 will determine how many people to allocate to each cleaning. We make it a top priority to keep the same team members servicing your business each time you use A1's services.
Can you recommend a window cleaner, carpet cleaner, etc?
